The first phase of any development project is the performing of a full requirements gathering exercise. Our analyst will talk to the project sponsor as well as end users to formulate an exact list of requirements for your software.

From this requirements gathering, a system specification is produced for your approval. Once signed off this will be used as the basis for the project's development. During the development process we will meet with you regularly to discuss progress and any required changes to specification.
